Mandala

Mandala is an interior design studio that works with low income families and communities. Their plan is to help people decorate and rebuild their common and public spaces with resources they already own.

They chose the name "Mandala" because it is linked with identity, patience and virtue.

Mandalas can be very unique because they can be totally personalized. This is why I proposed a logotype that could be matched with all kinds of colors and patterns.

Patterns were inspired by ancient Arabic mosaics and Mexican tiles, both representing beautiful architectonic details.

The logotype would be painted on different textures, walls or furniture and serve as a mark to identify Mandala´s works. The square form "frames" all these elements as become part of the brand's identity.
